Cygnet West is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our high-performing marketing team comprising three streams: corporate marketing, retail marketing and short-term leasing (pop-ups).

This pivotal role will oversee strategic initiatives across all streams, driving brand awareness, digital engagement, and client experience. With several divisions having a direct income-generating focus, the successful candidate will play a key role in aligning marketing efforts to support commercial outcomes and business growth across the organisation.

About the RoleAs Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a talented team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Oversee all aspects of marketing including brand strategy, digital platforms, media relations, graphic design, and internal/external events.
  • Drive innovation through the proactive adoption of new technologies, including AI and emerging software.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns and client submissions.
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and departmental reviews to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
  • Support business development and strategic planning to maximise visibility and influence across the WA property market

About You

  • Proven experience managing a marketing team in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive approach to technology adoption and process improvement
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (especially InDesign) and digital marketing platforms
  • Experience in website development, including WordPress
