This exciting opportunity will see you take responsibility for leading and executing the organisations marketing strategy to enhance brand presence, increase customer engagement and generate leads.

Key responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

- Development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Conceptualise, plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Creation of engaging and informative marketing content, including press releases and newsletters.
- Coordination of the organisations participation in industry events such as conferences and tradeshows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
- Responsible for the management of the marketing budget and reporting on ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to optimise marketing strategies and identify new business opportunities.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or related field with proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Experience within the energy and resources industry is highly desired.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Google Analytics and social media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to draft compelling content.
- Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines and work in a cross-functional team environment.
