**About the Role**:
An exciting opportunity exists for a strategic, innovative, and analytical marketing professional to join our vibrant Marketing Operations and Engagement team

In this role, you will strengthen our integrated marketing approach across the future student journey. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the needs of prospective students - from awareness to census - and develop multichannel marketing plans that elevate the Curtin brand and deliver against strategic objectives.

By working with key teams across the university, you’ll help ensure consistent messaging, drive exceptional student experiences and support strategic projects. This includes projects like increasing placements within specific courses, attracting students from equity backgrounds and amplifying internal awareness of our efforts to support future students.

**Who we are looking for**:

- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications).
- Extensive experience and expertise in marketing and communications.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to align multiple teams toward shared goals.
- Proactive, self-driven, and detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to optimise marketing strategies.

**Role Requirements**:

- As this is a fixed-term contract, you will require current work rights in Australia that match the tenure of this role
