**About the company**

Our client, a progressive and collaborative organisation are currently recruiting a HR Business Partner to sit in their Change Management team. You will be joining a very supportive, collaborative team who are innovative in their approach and continuously looking to do better. You will be working alongside two others to support the organisation through a separation & a change in executive leadership team.

This organisation offers a flexible hybrid working model & their offices are based in the city, close to public transport. This position is full-time, to start ASAP & would initially be a 6 - 12-month fixed term contract.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Work in conjunction with the business leaders to drive positive change across the organisation
- Develop, plan, document, and deliver end-to-end Human Resource enterprise and transformational change management across the organisation
- Provide implementation advice to business and project leaders on all aspects of change management delivery
- Stakeholder engagement activities to gain buy-in and agreement on the change approach, accountabilities, and ownership for key transition activities and change outcomes
- Play a key role in ensuring projects and organisation-wide change initiatives are met

**You will have the following**:

- Experience working as a HR Business Partner
- Proven experience working on change projects
- Qualification in HR is desirable
- Excellent stakeholder engagement & proven experience building relationships
- Proven experience working on HR projects & driving positive change
