**About the company**:
Our client, a progressive and collaborative organisation are currently recruiting a HR Business Partner to sit in their People team. You will be joining a very supportive, collaborative team who are continuously looking to improve. You will be working alongside three other business partners & reporting directly into the HR Manager.

The aim of this position is to provide guidance and support to managers on all people-related processes including but not limited to recruitment, performance appraisals and management, talent management and the planning and implementation of employee development.

This organisation offers a flexible hybrid working model & their offices are based in the city, close to public transport. This position is full-time, permanent role.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Proactively support, coach and provide guidance to managers on all people-related processes
- Engage with other areas of the People and Culture function to provide guidance, support and direction to managers and staff in areas such as employee relations, occupational health and safety and any other legislative or operational areas
- Partner with managers to provide advice related to organisational and structural design including workforce planning, skills / gap analysis, recruitment, retraining and redeployment in accordance with strategic priorities
- Contribute to the planning, development, and implementation of effective change management strategies
- Take the lead or participate in, projects that deliver new offerings or improve existing HR services & continuous improvement
- Other project & adhoc work as required

**You will have the following**:

- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Demonstrated relevant experience in generalist HR roles
- An interest & some experience in performance management and general employee relations
- Excellent track record of stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated ability to interpret legislation, regulations, awards, industrial agreements together with policies and procedures
- Demonstrated experience of working in a fast-paced environment
