Join our Switchboard team as the Switchboard Team Leader based at an Eastern Suburbs Hospital, at a leading medical facility committed to providing exceptional patient care. As a Switchboard Team Leader,

You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication within the hospital.

**Your new role**

As a Switchboard Team Leader, you will mentor a group of Switchboard Operators who will be the first point of contact for callers, directing enquiries, and connecting them to the appropriate departments.

**What you'll need to succeed**- Lead and mentor the switchboard operators.- Drafting of accurate and concise reports.- Maintaining accurate records - Word and Excel.- Conducting staff appraisals.- Co-ordinate mandatory training.

To excel in this role, you’ll need:
Excellent communication skills: clear and professional.- Experience leading or mentoring staff.- Availability: Monday to Friday from 09h00 until 17h30, but you will need to be flexible to work on the switchboard if they are short of staff.- Australian Citizen**What you'll get in return**

$70 049.20 plus super.
