The Education Standards Board is recruiting an experienced Business Coordinator. Located in the Adelaide CBD, this key role is ideal for someone with a proven background in providing administrative support to senior leadership and who is eager to contribute to a dedicated team.
This position will be a fixed-term 2-year contract within an agency focused on making a positive difference in the lives of South Australian children and young people.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide a comprehensive personal and confidential secretarial, administrative and project support
service to the Director, Strategy and Governance.
- Provide secretariat support services to internal committees and working groups as directed.
- Comprehensive and confidential administrative support
- Preparation of presentations and reports
- Provision of supporting documents/papers
- Records and file management
- Correspondence and responses to sensitive information requests
- Research support for projects where required

**To be considered you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and qualities**:
- Proven ability to proactively identify and act on opportunities to improve administrative practices and exercise
- a high degree of initiative and professional judgment where procedures are not clearly defined.
- Ability to organise priorities, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint, One Note)
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
