In the role of Project Management Support Officer, you will provide high level administrative support to the project team staff. You will co-ordinate, maintain and manage project records within the project and coordinate and organise the delivery of essential administration services and information to both internal and external clients.

In this dynamic role, some of your responsibilities will include:

- Provide accurate, timely and confidential support to the Project Management team. Including preparation and distribution of project and other documentation, project document control, supervision, and maintenance of the project records management system.
- Assist in the completion of monthly reports in consultation with the project managers.

To thrive in the role, you will show an excellent aptitude for various software and the use and troubleshooting expertise of electronic devices (iPads, iPhones). The software used in this role will include GECO, Streams/Sims, AMMS, SAP and general Microsoft products such as excel, word, office 365. You will also have excellent organisational skills and thrive working independently in a fast-paced environment.

There may be the requirement to work overtime and/or afternoon shift as required.
