Our client URGENTLY requires a Project Support Officer for a 3 months + Contract in Buderim.

The Project Support Officer will utilise a broad range of computer software programs and information management systems and databases to provide support services to project managers and/or team members. This position reports to the Project Manager and has no direct reports.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Utilise electronic document management systems (EDMS) such as SharePoint, DM and similar platforms.
  • Populate basic spreadsheets and statistical reports to provide timely information and updates to the Project Manager and team members.
  • Experience using the full suite of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and team members and other administrative duties as required.

Government experience would be advantageous
