Join a Federal Government Agency as a Project Administration Officer. Role based in Robina

**Your new company**

On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency, we are looking for an experienced Project Administration Officer to join their team based in Robina. This is 12 Month temporary assignment with possibility for extension.

**Your new role**
- Undertaking financial administration, facilitating the payment of invoices, receipt of goods and reconciliation of financial data and preparing periodic reports, incorporating the completion of end of month journal processing.
- Working in consultation with local leaders to build staff capability through coaching and training.
- Undertake research and analysis, identifying trends and preparing project briefs, to support informed.
- Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees and consultations to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion in line with project plans
- Preparing correspondence, reports and briefing papers and assisting in the preparation of technical documents.
- Drafting a range of written material including business cases, plans, executive briefs and corporate documentation for review.
- Assisting with the identification and management of project risks, issues and benefits.

- Project delivery Experience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Learning Management System knowledge desirable
