**Clerk grade 11/12. Salary - $145, 378 - $168,130 plus employer’s superannuation and annual leave loading**

**Your role**

The Executive Recruitment Manager plays a vital role in shaping the future of our leadership team by driving a modern, efficient, and results-focused approach to executive recruitment. This role is all about attracting and onboarding exceptional executive talent while ensuring the process is seamless, outcome-driven, and aligned with Department Community and Justice strategic goals.

**What you’ll do**

The role requires deploying advanced sourcing strategies, developing an executive recruitment framework, and partnering with HR teams and leadership to provide expert advice. Additionally, the manager will oversee systems and processes for job design, evaluation, and remuneration to attract and retain top talent while meeting organisational objectives efficiently and effectively.

**What we’re looking for**
- Experience in the leadership and delivery of a talent acquisition function and creating alternative service delivery models.
- Ability to balance implementation of significant change with business-as-usual delivery.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of current NSW government legislation, including all relevant acts.
- Strong knowledge of the executive recruitment practices, targeted sourcing solutions and emerging practices, in executive recruitment solutions.
- Experience in utilising social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Glassdoor, to proactively identify and engage with top-tier talent, ensuring a personalised and effective sourcing approach.
