We are looking for a skilled and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead a team of Recruitment Consultants and Officers to recruit a variety of both volume and specialist roles across Metro and Regional NSW & ACT locations.

Sitting within the wider P&C Team, in recruitment we pride ourselves on partnering with stakeholders to get a holistic understanding of their teams & customers and then drive a range of recruitment solutions that add value.

This roles spans the entire recruitment journey and includes;
- End to end recruitment of corporate and specialised roles
- Working collaboratively with hiring and senior managers to solutionise a range of recruitment campaigns that include online advertising, social media, referral campaigns, events such as graduate programs & careers expos.
- Running and presenting a range of regular reports on vacancy numbers, time to hire, onboarding and off-boarding surveys etc.
- Coaching and supporting a team of Recruitment Consultants and Officers through all aspects of a high volume, compliance heavy and lengthy recruitment process.
- Working collaboratively with in-house and external technology providers to trouble-shoot challenges and maximise performance.
