Are you ready to make a real difference in NSW public schools? We're looking for motivated
Recruitment Officers
to join the School Recruitment team in Parramatta.

In this high-volume role, you'll be the
dedicated recruitment officer
for a group of school principals – working directly with them to support end-to-end recruitment
inside the school gates. You'll manage vacancies, guide principals through recruitment policy, and provide a high standard of customer service to ensure schools get the staff they need.

What you'll do:

  • Act as the first point of contact for your assigned schools and principals
  • Support and manage all stages of recruitment, from advertising to onboarding
  • Provide accurate advice by interpreting complex policies and procedures
  • Handle a high volume of recruitment activity while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, mostly phone-based with principals and stakeholders

  • Ability to quickly pick up new systems, processes and policy requirements
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proven experience managing high workloads and competing priorities
  • Confidence interpreting and applying policy to real-world scenarios
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Role details:

Location: Parramatta (hybrid – must work in office Monday & Tuesday)

Hours: Full-time, standard business hours between 8:30am and 5:00pm

Employment type: Temporary until end of 2025, with possible extension
