We are looking for a passionate National Account Manager (NAM) to lead our grocery partnerships.
**The Opportunity**
As our National Account Manager, you will be the lead for our grocery partners and will be responsible for driving growth and excellence in execution. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for:
- Owning the relationship with key grocery accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor
- Driving sales growth through effective promotional planning, category insights, and joint business planning
- Developing and executing strategic plans that align with both customer and business planning
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure flawless execution
- Monitoring performance metrics and identifying opportunities to optimise results and improve ROI

- Well-developed negotiating and influencing skills
- General business planning and financial planning skills
- The ability to analyse data and distill the outcomes into trends, insights and solutions that support business objectives
- Excellent presentation skills, including preparing presentation decks
- The ability to build and successfully manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders that deliver business results
**Qualifications & Experience**:
Tertiary Qualification in Commerce, Business Development, or Marketing or equivalent industry experience
2-3 years of major account/Customer Management
