We are currently searching for an inspiring Visual Merchandising Manager to join the team at our beautiful head office based in Alexandria. This role is permanent, full time and will require some travel between our stores both locally and interstate.

You have the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, and you are also confident in training, and seeking and providing feedback. You will have experience in design tools and software to communicate and visualise VM directives, creative concepts, fixture design and floor plan ideas. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage the VM calendar and overseeing the creation and delivery of all VM directives.
- Develop store-based creative concepts that embody overall creative direction and brand vision.
- Build brand equity through the tactical implementation of visual and experiential touchpoints within the store environment.
- Maintain brand guidelines and visual standards within the retail stores to ensure a consistent brand experience.
- Develop and oversee systems and processes for onboarding new retail team members to brand and VM standards.
- Develop, implement and measure store-based VM and brand initiatives that maximise commercial opportunity.
- Use data and reports to mobilise VM solutions that drive productivity of all fixtures and racks within stores.
- Develop strategies to achieve and increase shopfront conversion benchmarks.
- Manage store option counts within standard and communicating recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with buying and merchandise teams to develop visually compelling assortments at each store.
- Develop and implement display fixtures, VM tools, signage and collateral.
- Accountable for the visual execution of store openings and refurbishments.
- Review store environments and implement minor or major works that elevate the visual experience and reflect evolving brand direction.
- Provide input and direction on new store fit-outs to ensure optimal functionality and creative execution.
- Responsible for the strategic management of VM budget.
