The Finance and Corporate Services branch brings a commercial perspective to business decision making and supports the Royal Women's business performance by providing the appropriate financial and business information and advice, as well as driving the organisation's business risk management program.

**Your contribution**

The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible to the Manager Financial Accounting, Systems and Taxation for the management of the accounts payable system and encompasses the creation and maintenance of supplier master data, accurate and timely recording of all invoices, timely payments of suppliers, resolution of supplier queries, monitoring and reporting on the output of the accounts payable function, including monthly management reporting, preparation and raising of journals for key suppliers and reconciliation of key accounts.

Your duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:

- The accurate and timely data input in the processing of supplier invoices and payments;
- Supplier masterfile maintenance within the core finance system at the Royal Women's, Microsoft Great Plains (Dynamics);
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders;
- Assist the wider Finance and Corporate Services branch with end of month processes, including month end reconciliation(s); and
- Be an agent of change within the department.

In line with the Health Services Amendment (Mandatory Vaccination of Healthcare Workers) Act 2020, some health care workers are now required to have their flu vaccination to work in health care. Evidence of vaccination is required.

As this role fits into category C of the departments risk ratings, applicants are strongly encouraged (although not required) to be vaccinated against influenza.
