We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Accounts Clerk to join a well established Law Firm based in Scoresby.
**About the role....**
You'll enjoy a varied role covering a broad range of tasks related to General Accounts, Trust Accounts and Controlled Monies.
**Some of your responsibilities will include, but not limited to;**
- bank reconciliations for the office and trust account
- accounts payable and receivable
- reconcile month end reports
- trust accounts
- open and close controlled monies accounts
- enter disbursements paid on credit card and assist with general accounts queries
**Skills and experience we'd love...**
Our client is seeking a pro-active team person who enjoys working in a team and is happy to pitch in and assist others when required. You will also have;
- previous experience in a similar role
- proficient skills in MS Office and accounting systems
- strong attention to detail
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to meet deadlines and work within time frames
