We’re looking for a Accounts Payable Clerk with experience in a similar role with high levels of accuracy and strong organisational skills to join our Melbourne team on a Full-Time basis for a period of 6 months. This position plays an essential role in the smooth and efficient running of the Finance and Accounts team.
Hybrid work arrangements are available.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive and process to WIP invoices and credit notes received from overseas and local associates providing services in relation to client files
- Maintain foreign currency tables and assist with internal inquiries on currency conversions
- Respond promptly to internal requests for copy invoices, stop and hold payment request, transferring WIP items, writing off WIP items and lists of unbilled WIP items
