**The Role**
Our client, a boutique CBD law firm seeks the expertise of an experienced Part Time Accounts Clerk. You will report to the Accounts Manager and your duties will include processing payroll, cash flow reporting, reconciliation of general ledgers, trust receipting, trust and general account cheques, entering data, drawing settlement cheques, daily banking, daily reconciliation of trust and general bank accounts, payment of suppliers, accounts receivable.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Practice Management Systems, assisting staff with general finance queries, such as billing, time entry, rates and other client/matter related queries;
- Accounts payable: Professional Creditor entries and reconciliations;
- Accounts payable: Trade Creditors and staff reimbursement;
- Assist with Accounts Receivable for Office Account;
- Assist with Accounts Receivable for Trust Account;
- Management of unpresented cheques; and
- Other ad hoc tasks as required.

- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to work collaboratively with team and independently when required;
- Excellent organisation skills;
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and work demands;
**About you**
The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 2 to 3 years accounts clerk experience within a law firm environment. Trust accounting and payroll experience is essential.
