We're seeking a candidate to join the Accounts Payable or Costing Department in our Pensacola, FL Corporate Office.

Responsibilities
  • Data entry
  • Sorting, logging, photocopying, and filing invoices
  • Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies
Qualifications
  • High school Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Invoice coding and processing experience, ability to meet deadlines
Compensation and Schedule
  • This position is full-time and pay starts at $15.50/hour
  • Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
