Reporting to the Group Manager, the Group Sales Manager will be required to inspire, plan, manage and lead to create opportunities for development and growth. - Demonstrate the key behaviours of high-performance sales by leading from the front with resilience, consistency, and commitment. - Inspire, plan, manage and lead your team in order to create opportunities for development and growth - Regularly meet agency partners to generate tailored solutions that address client business objectives and create shared value - Display effective people management through establishing clear goals and ensuring performance expectations are met - Lead a proactive approach to pipeline development ensuring monthly group targets are achieved. This role is permanent, full-time. **What sets**you** apart** - Sales experience in a media environment >8yrs - Experience in OOH is required - Sales management and team leadership experience >5yrs - Advanced territory management skills - Marketing/Sales/Media qualifications **About us** Scentre Group owns 42 Westfield destinations across Australia and New Zealand.
