**About Us**:

**The Role**:
Reporting to the General Manager, Finance (NSW), the NSW Sustainable Procurement Manager will lead in the development of sustainable procurement strategies and execute the same as per CDC NSW’s contractual obligations to Transport for NSW.

Key responsibilities and duties:

- In conjunction with NSW GM Finance and National GM Procurement develop the procurement strategies that are best practice and meet the sustainable objectives prescribed in contracts with TfNSW.
- Support the National General Manager (Procurement) in ensuring that the delivery of all procurement activities are in line with ComfortDelGro Australia’s procurement policies.
- Ensure that all reporting obligations to TfNSW are executed in a timely fashion.
- Ensure compliance with Group Financial Policy & Procedures and the Financial Authority Limits (FAL) and keep up-to-date with best-in-class industry procurement practices.
- Ensure contracts are appropriately reviewed to ensure no major legal exposure or breaches by CDC.
- Assist with the enhancement of sustainable procurement practices for the purposes of compliance with relevant contracts, legislation, and accreditations, including ISO20400:2017.
- Undertake ongoing management of supply contracts for CDC NSW.

**About You**:

- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferable in the transport or logistics industry.
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Contract Law, Business or Numerate Sciences would be advantageous.
- Experience in sustainable procurement activity, preferably in a heavy vehicle or transport environment.
- Basic knowledge of WHS legislation and requirements, ideally in a heavy vehicle operating/maintenance environment
- Familiarity and/or experience in ISO20400:2017 is highly regarded.
- Intermediate understanding of contract management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
