**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and manage quotes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with vendors (Cisco, Sophos, Palo) to obtain support for complex Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Evaluate and verify the technical specifications of networking equipment before sharing with Business Development Managers (BDM) and customers.
- Identify and address gaps in the current procurement process related to networking equipment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and vendor offerings.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team during the pre-sales process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Solid experience in procurement, specifically with networking equipment such as racks, switches, firewalls, cabling, and licensing.
- Familiarity with Cisco, Sophos, and Palo products and solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Proficiency in using procurement and inventory management software.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the IT or networking industry.
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management.
