Working for this leading University you will be responsible for the maintenance and future state planning of their Adobe product suite, including (but not limited to) Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Marketing Cloud and Adobe Commerce.

Your brand new role will also see you produce and execute roadmaps for the base platforms underpinning the University's websites, digital retail, and marketing functions.

**Key skills & experience required**
- Significant experience with Adobe Experience Manager (essential), Adobe Commerce (desirable) and Adobe Marketing Cloud (desirable).
- Strong experience in cloud deployment and management (especially AWS)
- Showcase significant experience in a similar role managing platform health and performance.
- Experience working in an Agile/DevOps culture and an understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (e.g. Jenkins, AWS CodePipelines)
- Solid understanding of operations observability principles
- Substantial experience in debugging or troubleshooting complex problems while providing effective progress communications and fault escalation procedures.
- Proven ability to successfully participate as a productive team member, mentor, and work autonomously as required
