We have a great opportunity for a **Digital Marketing Platforms Specialist** to the lead development and management of Rinnai's websites and apps.

This role is focused on creating good user experiences, maintaining functionality, and integrating digital tools to support the broader marketing objectives.

By managing SEO, platform integrations, and new website and app initiatives, the Digital Marketing Platforms Specialist will work to provide customers with digital assets are efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with marketing goals.

**About the Role**
- Manage Rinnai's digital platforms, including websites and mobile apps.
- Lead the development of new websites and apps, focusing delivery positive UX.
- Implement SEO strategies to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Maintain and update apps, addressing feedback and improving functionality.
- Coordinate platform integrations with third-party tools such as Salesforce and DotDigital.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver positive digital experiences.

**About You**
- Professional experience in website development and management for brands.
- Proven skills working with CMS platforms and SEO optimisation.
- Good project management skills with a focus on delivering user-friendly digital solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and digital asset management.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and stakeholder management.

For this role you will have experience managing website and apps from either a brand or agency side. Your ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders is key and you will enjoy problem solving to ensure the best solutions are delivered.
