about the role

what you’ll do
At the outset of a search, ensure completion of job description, target company list and market map
Prepare for client update calls by creating a clear agenda with discussion topics and ensuring each search instance of Thrive TRM is updated and error-free

Organised and able to manage multiple projects with weekly results
Ability to easily build rapport through strong verbal communication
Altruistic and willingness to put others before yourself
Desire to help foster and preserve a company culture where all are encouraged, included, and find success
Inquisitive with a desire to learn
Able to think quickly on your feet
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Excellent work ethic and the desire to advance your career

preferred experience
Professional experience in an externally facing client management consulting role (change management, human capital, executive search, etc)
Proven track record of managing numerous projects and competing demands with tight deadlines and daily/weekly deliverables

**Expected Salary**: $75,000 - $95,000
