The Employee & Contact Centre Experience portfolio holds accountability and responsibility for the everyday technologies that form the foundation for the employee digital experience.
The Release Train Manager role has been created to provide end-to-end oversight and accountability of the portfolio pipeline of work. This includes managing portfolio planning, coordinating execution, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring timely and quality reporting. We are looking for someone with previous experience as a Release Train Engineer/Manager, or a Scrum Master with a passion for improving the employee experience.
**How you will make an impact**
- Understand both business and technology vision and roadmaps for the portfolio
- Ensure the portfolio keeps pace with market best practice with respect to delivery pipeline management
- Define portfolio specific standards, frameworks, customer journeys and processes
- Chair the Agile Release Train Leadership Team (ART LT) for the portfolio
- Ensure change pipeline is appropriately prioritised including coordinating upstream and downstream impacts changes may have on other systems
- Operate agile delivery governance and reporting processes to deliver changes quickly at low risk
- Act as leader, mentor, and coach to best develop a high performing team
**What you will bring to the role**
- Demonstrated experience as a Release Train Manager/Engineer or a Scrum Master, operating in a complex environment
- Strengths driving adoption of collaboration, communication, document management and process automation using Office 365 related technologies such as Teams, Planner, SharePoint and Power Platform,
- Certification as SAFe Product Owner, Release Train Engineer or Scrum Master
- Certifications in Microsoft technologies such as Office 365 or Azure
