Your main responsibilities will include coordinating with development and operations teams to plan and execute releases, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and ensuring compliance with release management best practices.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve release processes and drive continuous improvement.

Excellent organizational and communication skills are crucial for this role, as you will be working closely with various stakeholders to coordinate and deliver high-quality software releases.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Working closely with the delivery areas to understand and support the PI planning horizon to meet milestones.
- Maintaining the required deployment governance documentation for the project.
- Accountability for the overall status and delivery of the release, supported by Release Train Engineers and Delivery Leads.
- Ensuring that Release level Definition of Done provides the assurance that teams comply with relevant design and build standards.
- Coordinating planning for production deployments in collaboration with external change and internal stakeholders.
- Forward planning production deployments and creating and maintaining a deployment schedule that outlines the high-level milestones forecasting what is to be delivered and when.
- Communicating and managing expectations around production deployment schedule with RMG and relevant stakeholders.
- Conducting post release reviews to ensure realisation of benefits and resolution of issues and contributes to Inspect & Adapt Ceremonies to support continuous improvement.
