- The Supply department is committed to promoting the highest levels of service for our professionals and patients. In realising this goal, the department will lead and excel in teaching and the use of person-centred evidence-based practice. The department provides services on all three campuses of Austin Health, from the Emergency Department through to bed-based services and ongoing ambulatory care.**About the role**
- As the Sterile Store Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day to day supervision of the Central Store and Austin loading Dock, including OH&S compliance, supervision of staff, oversight of the receiving process, pick/ packing of orders, transport and delivery of stock and non-stock orders and maintenance of all the vehicles and building. It also involves identifying cost reduction opportunities and system enhancements.- A regular day will see you:
- Liaise with stores staff and professionals
- Facilitate a coordinated approach to total service management by working with other team members where required
- Participate in continuing education and training activities including new project/business
- Collaborate with multiple teams across the division

**About you**
- You will be someone who has excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to excellence in customer service, team leadership and inventory control. You’ll bring energy and drive to you work, and have a keen interest in developing your skillset.- You’ll further have:
- 5+ years medical consumable stores experience
- Experience in a large service environment
- Experience in mentoring, motivating and supervising a small team
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate and develop working relationships on all levels
- Commitment to provide a quality customer service
- Driver’s licence
