**About the Opportunity**

As the Commercial Manager, you will report directly into the Workforce Director, where you will be responsible for leading the commercial and workforce teams within the Residential Aged Care (RAC) division. The primary focus is to support the RAC teams to achieve the annual EBIDTA targets.

You will train and assist your team to prepare commercial/operational reporting and analysis, business forecasting, preparation of annual budgets and analysing data to assist the business with making sound commercial decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for Commercial/Operational reporting (internal and external) and analysis function for RAC
- Manage the RAC rostering process controlling the main organisation cost
- Coordinate the annual Workforce budget/forecasting process
- Assist the business with decision making and business improvement initiatives
- Lead the Commercial/Workforce teams to support the above functions

**About You**
- Previous experience within a commercial role, preferably within Aged Care or similar
- Strong analytical skills, with a high degree of attention detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong working relationships
- Strong computer literacy including advanced MS Excel skills
- Undergraduate degree with major (or equivalent) in a financial discipline
- CPA/CA Qualifications
