**As the Brand Manager, you will**:

- Work alongside the Marketing Manager to execute the Skinstitut Marketing Calendar
- Ensure campaigns are created, updated, and scheduled on time and in full
- Manage post-analysis of events, activations, and promotions in all channels
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders on product launches and activity; PR & social agencies, internal stakeholders
- Report regularly on engagement, performance, and other key metrics
- Conduct competitor analysis and monthly trend reports
- Work with the Marketing Manager in creating strategic presentation materials for Global meetings (new product launch decks, customer strategy slides, product profiles)
- Work closely with the Product & Innovation Manager to drive new product and existing product development, from ideation to go-to-market execution

**About you**
- Graduate Degree in Business or Marketing
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in beauty, skin care or relevant personal care category
- Strong commercial acumen
- Highly skilled in interpreting data & market research outputs to develop insights
- Proficient in Excel
- Team-orientated, project-focused and a self-motivator
