**About the Company**
An ASX listed company, who are leaders in diversified financial services in Australia and New Zealand.

The FP&A Manager role is responsible for providing the financial planning, reporting and analytics for the business. The role is to ensure optimal financial decisions are made by the business, including working closely with the business’ Executive team to achieve the business’ financial goals.

- Executive team members
- Key stakeholders in the business, finance and cross functional teams

**Position Accountabilities**
- Responsible for financial planning, reporting and analytics
- Assist in delivering the business’ income statement and balance sheet targets
- Owning the integrity of financial reporting
- Ensure planning, budgeting and forecasting is completed to a high degree of accuracy
- Develop and maintain insightful management reports and dashboards to facilitate effective analysis of past performance and support business decisions
- Identify opportunities for business process improvements
- Develop financial models
- Project work and systems implementation
- Ad hoc tasks

**Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience**
- Professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA)
- 3 years plus experience in a similar role
- Strong preference for ASX or multinational experience
- Commercial acumen and a proven ability to implement change to address and enhance business performance
- Strong analytical, planning and information presentation skills
- Strong excel and modelling skills
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to collaborate with other teams
