**Working Hours**:
This is a Monday to Friday position, predominantly from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though hours may vary depending on business needs.

**Note**: No Working from Home

**Job Type**: Full Time, 37.5 hours/week.

**Salary**: $70,000- $75,000 per year
- **Qualifications**:_
- _**Certificate III/IV in Administration or equivalent.**_
- _**Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources (preferred).**_
- _**Certificate III in Aged Care (preferred).**_
- _**Current Australian National Police Check (satisfactory).**_
- _**Working with Children Check.**_
- _**Current First Aid & CPR certificate.**_
- _**Valid driver's license.**_
- _**Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**_
- _**Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams).**_
- _**Possession of a smart mobile phone (iPhone/Android).**_
- _**COVID-19 vaccination.**_
- **Preferred Skills**:_
- _**At least 2-3 year of experience as a Recuitment officer or administrative staff.**_
- _**Sound Knowledge of SCHADS Awards**_
- _**Solid knowledge in Home Care Package/CHSP/Disability sectors.**_
- _**Ability to operate efficiently and able to think outside of square.**_
- _**Strong time management and organizational skills.**_
- _**Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.**_
- _**Relationship development skills to support diverse clients in achieving their goals.**_
- _**Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and CMS).**_

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
