Care and Connects Pty Ltd is a values-driven organisation committed to providing exceptional support services within the NDIS sector. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in aligning human resources functions with our strategic goals.

As the Coordinator, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and onboard top talent to deliver outstanding care. You’ll collaborate with service coordinators and rostering teams to meet participant needs and ensure workforce alignment. Managing the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, will be a key focus, along with overseeing compliance, performance management, and Return-to-Work processes.

Your knowledge of employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act and SCHADS Award, will ensure compliance and mitigate risks. You’ll also contribute to fostering a positive organisational culture by implementing policies and initiatives that support employee engagement, performance, and well-being.

This role is ideal for an HR professional with 3-5 years of experience, preferably within the NDIS or community services sector. A Human Resources qualification, WWC, NDIS Worker Screening, and familiarity with WHS and Return-to-Work processes are essential. Strong organisational skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to staying abreast of industry developments are key to success.
