**The Role**

This Accounts Payable Officer position sits in a finance team of 5 and reports directly to the financial controller. It is a full-function AP position where your responsibilities will include the following:

- Full function AP, overseeing around 500 invoices per month
- A significant focus of the role will be coding service invoices with ledger/ cost centre/project ID allocation
- Internal staff expenses
- Corporate credit card processing
- Aged payable reporting

**Your Background**

To be considered for this opportunity, they are looking for someone with:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable position
- Desire to learn new systems
- Be ready to work in a team-based environment
- Able to work under pressure while maintaining keen attention to detail.
- Good communication skills
