**The Gig**
**Seeking a people experience enthusiast to help our employees be at their best and love where they work.**
We’ll look to you to create and deliver exceptional employee experiences, through innovating and executing employee focused initiatives, maintaining our exceptional office environment, planning and coordinating events, managing employee communications and supporting Healthengineers, whilst working closely with the Senior People Partner to support HR administration and other engagement initiatives. Overall, you’ll drive high levels of employee engagement and loyalty by championing first-rate hybrid employee experiences.
Outside of the people team, there may be opportunities for executive-level support as well which will offer greater exposure to the broader Healthengine team.
You’ll become the other half to a high-energy and fast-paced team who share your people passion and drive to make a difference. You’ll collaborate with smart, interesting people who will challenge you to be better, and you’ll see the impact of your work every day.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administer the onboarding and offboarding process of new employees with care and efficiency
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of People systems and tools
- Maintain a productive and safe physical office environment including cleanliness and technical facilitation of our meeting spaces and hot desks, reception duties, mail handling and rapport with building management and other suppliers
- Administer and update the health and wellbeing management plan to maintain safe work practices
- Co-create and execute a cadence of events and initiatives to promote employee engagement
- Coordinate and manage certain business-wide employee communications including weekly newsletters
- Support the delivery and maintenance of fit-for-purpose People Operations including providing assistance with administrative tasks, hiring and the design and execution of programs and initiatives

Experience you’ll bring:

- 2+ years experience in facilities/office management or customer service field
- Demonstrated experience in event coordination
- Experience within a comparable tech company is highly desirable
- HR experience or qualifications is highly desirable
- Experience working in an administrative function for a fast-paced organisation

**Job Location**
The primary purpose of this role is to continuously improve and maintain the workplace environment. Based on this, this job is office-based (Perth CBD) on a full time basis.
