As Employee Relations and Internal Workflow Coordinator you will responsible for maintaining relations and smooth working operations within the team.
**EMPLOYEE RELATIONS AND INTERNAL WORKFLOW COORDINATOR**
Our client is a worker-owned technology business, where everyone who works in the business, also owns a part of it. Providing forward-thinking technology advice and services.
**The Role**
As Employee Relations and Internal Workflow Coordinator you will support and be a pivotal member of the team based in their Welshpool office. Responsible for maintaining relations and smooth working operations in the workshop, this position will support many roles within the cooperative.
This is a part time role of approximately 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Previous experience in Employee Relations
- Demonstrated understanding of Workflow Management
- Mediate between employees/members and the Cooperative when disputes arise
- Performance management conversations where required
- Recruitment assistance where required
- Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Workplace Wellbeing
**Skills and Experience required**:
- Genuine interest and care for the wellbeing of our people
- Demonstrated ability to exercise good and independent judgment
- Results driven with a strong send of responsibility and independence
- Effective, professional and clear communications skills, both oral and written
- Ability to build and develop successful long terms relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to focus and guide others in accomplishing work objectives
- Ability to take direction and to lead accordingly
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and experience
- Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility
**Qualifications**:
- Overall understanding is required, and formal qualification would be advantageous ie Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor in HR/Management
- Familiarity with the following web-based programs - Trello, FreshDesk, Xero and Google Workplaces would be advantageous
