About the Role We're looking for a Student Experience Coordinator to become a key part of our Student Services team at UWA College, Perth. Reporting to the Student Life and Wellbeing Manager, you'll be at the heart of driving an outstanding student experience for our diverse international community.

You'll design and deliver engaging programs that support student transition and success, promote inclusion, and create a strong sense of belonging. From organising events and orientations to driving student retention initiatives and attendance monitoring, you'll help shape an environment where every student can thrive.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating meaningful opportunities for students to connect, grow, and succeed in their studies.
  • Coordinating and delivering events, activities, and student programs that celebrate diversity and inclusion.
  • Leading student intervention strategies that maintain student retention and compliance requirements. Using innovative communication and digital tools to engage with students from pre-arrival through to alumni.
  • Supervising and mentoring Student Services Officers and Student Ambassadors.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver a high-quality, student-centred experience.

Location: On-site at UWA College, Perth. Flexibility is required, including some out-of-hours and weekend work.
