**Responsibilities**:

- Onboarding new clients by efficiently processing their registration and guiding them through our services.
- Handling administrative duties including scheduling, managing client files, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinating with our service teams to ensure efficient operation of the organisation.
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of information by accurately updating and maintaining our client database.
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional image of My Support Services is maintained at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A compassionate approach to customer service, understanding the needs and concerns of our clients.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge about the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) would be an advantage but not a prerequisite.
