Angels in Aus is a registered NDIS Service Provider based in Melbourne, VIC. We offer continuous support and care to disabled individuals, helping them live independently and achieve their goals of autonomy.

**Role Description**

This is a contract/part time on-site/ remote role for an Administrative Assistant at Angels in Aus in Melbourne, VIC. We are looking for an all rounder and the role will involve tasks related to administrative assistance, phone etiquette, communication, payrolls (using accounting software and shift care ) ,data management and leasing with internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for someone with strong I.T skills along with some experience or understanding in payroll.

Experience using shift care is an advantage.

You need to be a quick thinker and has a strong eye for attention to detail.

**Qualifications**
- Administrative Assistance
- Experience of Shiftcare is an added advantage
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Payroll
- Recruitment of staff (training provided)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
