formulating a goals approach strategy to their development, which is enshrined in their support plan. Our disability support workers aim to reach the goals set out in that plan to ensure participants develop to their full potential.
Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Administration Officer assists and supports the organization's overall financial executions.
**Summary of Key Responsibilities**
- Support the senior leadership team with all-encompassing reports for the organisation. This includes monthly operating budgets, funding body claims, funding rejections, accounts payable, accounts receivable and any other administrative functions related to client engagement (Service agreements and policies).
- Identify areas for policy/document creation and support documents register
- Document Management
- Coordinate daily financial and office tasks to include processing invoices and payroll and maintaining files of organisation, clients and stakeholders.
- Deliver end to end administrative duties and tasks relative to the operations and finance departments.
- Provide regular and out of cycle updates on key operational areas as they occur (growth projects, legislative changes etc)
- Work to be the conduit between operations and business.
- Manage and report expenditure specific to client service delivery where requested
- Client integration support
- Participant Funding Reporting.
- Payroll support.
- Invoicing.
- Office liaison
- Vendor management (Stationary, office suppliers etc.)

- PRODA - NDIS PORTAL
- You have a qualification related to Administration or significant skills, knowledge, and experience.
- Prior knowledge of disability service industry (NDIS) is highly desirable.
- Team player with positive attitude and ability to multitask.
- High level attention to detail.
- Good organisation skills with a professional and efficient approach to work.
- The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing and competing demands.
- The ability to prioritise diverse workload.
**Financial Budgeting, Risk Management and Work Health and Safety**
- Takes reasonable care to ensure own safety and health as well as the safety and health of their team. This includes a role in crisis management such as pandemics or natural disasters as required.
- Complies with the health and safety policy and legislative requirements and register risks and incidents identified including accidents or near misses.
- Manage Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Ability to influence others, working closely with the Divisions to support organisational change and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ensure compliance with policy, procedures, work instructions, and all organisational and legislative requirements.
**Education Qualifications**
- Qualifications from the following areas: Administration, Office management, Aged Care, Disability, Accounting, Professional Experience
**Must have**
- Understanding of Disability Funding Bodies and relevant legislation
- Knowledge and experience in administration of Disability Support funds with a particular reference to Supported Independent Living (or similar, aged care, TAC etc)
- Customer Service experience
- Experience of working with multicultural or aged care advocacy groups and with vulnerable people.
**Personal Clearances for working in Disability and Aged care**
- Current National Police Clearance and Right to work in Australia.
- Qualification Certificates (and transcript when applicable).
- Current COVID-19 Vaccinations and an ability to work from a home office if required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the senior clinical team and Allied Health professionals.
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
