**About the Team**
- Overflowing with expertise, Group Services keeps MYOB highly tuned and up and running. Made up of several specialisd teams including commercial, finance, legal and risk, these are the professionals who drive our business performance, while always ensuring we’ve dotted our I's and crossed our T's
**The Opportunity**
You will act as a central focal point for the oversight, co-ordination and timely management of MYOB's Group Compliance Program of work across our Verticals and Functions.
The role will work directly with the business in understanding our Compliance obligations and commitments, and then manage and ensure the delivery of those obligations via our annual Compliance Assurance programs.
**Key Objectives**
- Act as the focal point for external reviews (regulator or audit).
- Maintain the Compliance Program schedule that aligns with the MYOB compliance landscape and assurance requirements.
- Manage and co-ordinate assurance projects, including defining and clarifying the scope of activities required and managing them to successful execution.
- Develop and manage project schedules, making certain that all prioritisation conflicts are resolved with internal and external stakeholders.
- For the duration of each engagement track progress of delivery and identify problems and issues and coordinate their resolution.
- Annual reporting of Compliance Assurance activities and outcomes, including the monitoring and follow up with the business on the completion of remediation activities.
**What we'd love you to bring**
- Proven experience in managing risk and compliance methodologies in a sophisticated business environment combined with influencing and engagement skills.
- Previous experience/success in implementing compliance projects, workflows and change management.

- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at varying stages simultaneously.
