Genius Childcare is excited to soon open our **Brand New Centre located in Doncaster**. We are looking to build a new team at our Doncaster Centre who will work together to build a welcoming community environment within our service.

**Your new centre**:
Conveniently located on High Street sits our beautiful new childcare centre in Doncaster.

We offer a terrific outdoor play area for children to explore, all presented seamlessly within our modern and inspired learning environment.

The modern indoor space is bright and filled with light to create an inspiring learning environment. Filled with resources to support the children’s development, the classrooms are like a home away from home.

**Your new role**:

- Be responsible for managing the operations of the centre, ensuring your centre complies with the standards set out by the NQF
- Lead, mentor, and develop your team using the Genius Learning Management System to ensure all our staff provide the highest quality learning and care for the children under our care
- Build strong relationships with families and the community. Manage open days, centre tours and orientation that will help your centre actively attract, convert and retain families.
- Work with your educators to ensure your team is providing a quality program that evolving to meet the highest standards

**What YOU need**:

- Diploma-level or above Early Childhood qualification (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong leadership skills and knowledge within the Childcare industry
- Relevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma
- Previous experience with administrative procedure, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and training
- Experience managing a budget for and Early Years Education Centre

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
