**What You’ll Do**

Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performance sales team

Set the benchmark for premium service standards and brand excellence

Achieve and exceed ambitious sales and profitability targets

Present our stunning BMW model range to perfection - in the showroom and online

Foster seamless collaboration across all dealership departments

Mentor and develop the next generation of BMW sales professionals

**What You’ll Bring**

Proven leadership in prestige or luxury automotive sales. BMW history would be highly regarded.

Strong capability with dealership management systems (Pentana/Salesforce) and digital tools

Passion for delivering world-class customer experiences

Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

A competitive yet collaborative mindset

Current driver’s licence
