Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo #BELIMITLESS" **Job Description**: The Front Office Manager will be responsibilities will include (but not limited to): - Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining procedures; and drive service initiatives for Front Office; - Ensure the highest levels of productivity; - Efficiently and proactively manage guest feedback, implementing changes to prevent re-occurrence; - Collaborate with other leaders to meet shared goals and responsibilities; - Lead by example and empower the team to focus on a positive guest experience at all times and - Manage and activate the loyalty experience for our valued members - Drive loyalty engagement and enrolments. **Qualifications**: - Front Office Management experience in a hotel with proven success; - A positive, solutions-based focus with strong strategic thinking and the ability to forward plan successfully; - Experience in coaching and developing a team with a passion for performance and development; - Excellent time management skills; - A desire to grow your skills and progress your leadership experience; - The ability to work flexibility and - Previous experience with a PMS - Opera Cloud will be highly regarded Additional Information The Mercure brand is part of the Accor Group.
