With our existing range of premium quality chocolate and innovative new product development, we are looking for a highly motivated, results driven Sales professional who in the role of Area Manager can effectively lead and manage a Field team of merchandisers in delivering strong results across the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

**A day in your life could be**:
Embarking on a productive day overseeing a team of merchandisers, your role would involve managing, developing, supporting, and motivating your team to enhance their effectiveness through store visits and coaching sessions. So that we can Enchant the World with Chocolate.

With your strong communication skills and dedication to results you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining customer relationships to ensure the flawless execution of our product categories.

In addition to your team management responsibilities, you'll be responsible for ensuring the timely and effective execution of national and state priorities and adhering to merchandising standards.

Collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as the State Field Operations Manager and National Field Account Team, is a vital part of your day-to-day operations.

- We're on the lookout for individuals who excel in communication and possess the ability to build strong customer relationships while exhibiting a relentless drive for achieving exceptional results.
- We're seeking those with a proven track record in people management, coupled with a genuine passion for coaching and inspiring teams to reach their full potential.
- If you have a robust background in sales, particularly within the fast-moving consumer goods industry, you're exactly who we're looking for.
- In-depth knowledge and prior experience working within the Coles/WW and DDS channel are prerequisites for this role.
- It's essential to be physically capable of lifting stock to construct displays and utilize Lindt's premium point-of-sale materials.
- And lastly, proficiency in computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is a must.
