**Area Manager**

- Overseeing and guiding a dedicated cleaning team while ensuring compliance with COVID-19 guidelines
- Ensuring that cleaning services meet company standards and customer expectations
- Managing cleaning supplies and equipment
- Scheduling and executing daily cleaning operations
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback
- Addressing customer concerns and resolving cleaning-related issues
- Conducting regular site inspections to maintain quality control in compliance with COVID-19 guideline
- Implementing and enforcing health and safety policies
- Managing budgets and controlling costs
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, clients, and stakeholders
