AAMG is partnering with a company who is seeking an administrator to support their maintenance planning team at their Perth office.

**19th May, 2025**:
**AAMG** have been engaged by our client partner to assist them in recruiting a Planning Administrator for their Perth office.

**The Role**:
The **Planning Administrator**will coordinate administrative function to support the maintenance planning department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactive management of invoicing for back charge, labour invoicing, receipting and mitigating outstanding payments.
- Management of work orders
- Completing daily, weekly and end of month reporting as required by the Maintenance Manager.
- Management of maintenance documentation such as Maintenance Services Down time calculators, monthly reports and asset registers.
- Ensure effective communication of mobile maintenance activities to the management team, including status of current, overdue and future materials requirements.

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Certificate in Business administration (desirable)
- 5+ years experience in administration
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient using Microsoft suite & ERP CMMS systems
- Knowledge of heavy earth moving equipment (desirable)
