About Developed

Developed is a multidisciplinary property consultancy providing integrated services across Town Planning, Spatial and Delivery services. Based in Subiaco, we work with private clients, developers, and government agencies to deliver quality urban outcomes across Perth and regional Western Australia.

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a capable Draftsperson to join our team on a full time or part-time basis to support the preparation of Town Planning and Survey drafting.

Key Responsibilities

· Preparation and drafting of Subdivision Plans, Master Plans, LDP's, Subdivision Designs, Feature Surveys and other development type plans.

· Undertake planning and development research, including reviewing applicable policies, R-Codes, and scheme requirements.

· Ensure plans and documentation meet the standards of accuracy, quality, and presentation expected of the Developed brand.

· Maintain project milestones and assist in coordination between the Planning, Survey, and Delivery teams.

· Provide high-quality written and verbal advice to clients and referral agencies as required.

· Demonstrate a strong customer focus with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.

· Identify opportunities to improve workflows and contribute to the continuous growth of Developed.

Key Competencies

· Sound knowledge of the
Western Australian planning framework
, subdivision processes, and relevant legislation.

· Understanding of
strategic and statutory planning principles
.

· Experience engaging with
local and state government representatives
.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail, presentation, and time-management skills.

· Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a professional team environment.

· Working knowledge of
AutoCAD, Magnet and other Survey Packages
(or similar drafting software).

Working Hours:
38 hours per week (flexible around university or family commitments)

Competitive salary commensurate with experience
