**The Role**

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, working in a team of two - you will play a pivotal role in the future success of the company by leading the Marketing function. Your will day to day duties will include but will not be limited to the following.
- Manage the development of strategic marketing plans, including advertising and marketing activities for all business divisions
- Plan and execute quarterly company trade shows, including end-to-end client event management
- Manage and coordinate strategic marketing campaigns in line with company strategy
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director, executing digital marketing strategies including campaign analysis and generation of online content
- Review current and ongoing performance of marketing campaigns against objectives and KPI's

**Key Competencies**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related discipline preferred
- 1 year minimum of Graduate Experience or working experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Adobe, Photoshop, and Illustrator (Desirable)
- Strong organisational and time management
